  1. On your keyboard, press the Windows logo key and the R at the same time to invoke the Run box.
  2. Type control and press Enter.
  3. Click Devices and Printers in view by Large icons.
  4. Right-click on your printer and click See what’s printing.
  5. Click Printer to make sure there’s no √ mark before the Use Printer Offline. Then click Printer again but this time check on Set As Default Printer.
  6. Close the window and check if you’re able to use your printer.

  1. On your keyboard, press the Window logo key and R simultaneously to invoke the Run box.
  2. Type msc and press Enter.
  3. Right-click on your EPSON printer device somewhere in Printers or Printer queues. Then click Uninstall.
  4. On your keyboard, press the Windows logo key and R at the same time to invoke the Run box.
  5. Type control and press Enter.
  6. Click Devices and Printers in view by Large icons.
  7. Right-click on the blank area and click Add a printer.
  8. (For Windows 10 users, please skip to step 9). For Windows 7 user, click Add a network, wireless or Bluetooth printer.
  9. Click The printer that I want isn’t listed.
  10. Tick on Add a printer using the TCP/IP address or hostname. Then click Next.
  11. Enter the IP address and Port name of your printer. Then click Next to complete reinstalling your printer.
  12. Restart your computer and then check if you’re able to use your printer.
