When will I get my HP Instant Ink cartridge?
To view the next shipment date of your ink cartridge from HP Instant Ink, check this link: https://instantink.hpconnected.com/subscriptions. Go to the Ink Shipment section of your HP Instant Ink account dashboard to see the next estimated shipment date of your HP ink cartridges.
I am new to the program. How long should I wait?
If you have recently subscribed to the HP Instant Ink program, you may need to wait up to 10 days for the ink cartridges to arrive at your destination. You can check the Ink Shipment section on your account page for more details on the shipment: https://instantink.hpconnected.com/subscriptions
I did not receive my ink cartridges. How do I contact HP Instant Ink Support?

If you did not receive your ink cartridges or have any other questions, you can look for the respective answers or ask for actions by using their Virtual Agent service. The availability of Virtual Agent services will be based on the country of residence or application.
At the top of the page of your HP Instant Ink account, click Virtual Agent. Select the appropriate choice to get your answers. If you did not receive your ink cartridges, you may re-attempt another shipment request by following the steps below:
- Click on Virtual Agent
- Type where is my ink?
- If you are eligible for shipment of HP ink cartridges, click Ship Ink Now.
- It may take up to 10 days for the requested ink cartridges to arrive.
