How to install Webroot SecureAnywhere to another computer: If you have a multi-user subscription key, you can install Webroot SecureAnywhere on multiple computers using the same keycode. The steps below will guide you on how to install Webroot SecureAnywhere on a different computer, or as many computers are you are allowed to.

Steps to install Webroot to another computer:

  1. Initiate the installation from the provided product CD or the downloaded file.
  2. If you received a retail version of the product, you will have to install the product from the provided CD/DVD. Insert the CD/DVD in the DVD-ROM drive and double-click on the ROM icon to begin the installation process.
  3. If you have registered for a digital copy, please download the installer file from here: http://anywhere.webrootcloudav.com/zerol/wsainstall.exe
  4. After downloading the installer file, double-click on the file to begin the installation.
  5. If you have purchased the product from BestBuy, click here to download the installer: http://www.webroot.com/En_US/land-geeksquad-dl.html. Double-click on the downloaded file to begin the installation.
  6. Make sure to keep your subscription keycode in hand. It will be required to activate your product in the next step.
  7. When the installer window opens, enter the 20-digit alphanumeric product key. You may click on the advanced installation options at the bottom of the installer window to change the installation directory, randomize the installation name, creating a shortcut to Webroot on desktop, change the language, and more
  8. Click on Agree and Install.
  9. If a UAC popup opens, click on Yes to grant access.
  10. Enter the registered email address to continue.
  11. Agree to the license Click to view the Webroot SecureAnywhere Solution Agreement.
  12. Click on Agree and Continue. Webroot SecureAnywhere will initiate its first scanning process and configure the application.
  13. If Webroot SecureAnywhere detects an infection, it will move the infected file to the quarantine. In this quarantine box, the file is rendered inoperable and can no longer cause any harm to your computer.
    If it finds that your system is clean, you will get the message You are Protected!
  14. Please restart your computer.
  15. Click Start using SecureAnywhere to go to the main window of Webroot SecureAnywhere.

Please note that SecureAnywhere will continue daily scans in the background to keep your system protected. You do not need to manually scan the computer. The whole process is automated.
