If you have a Windows-based PC
- Look for the M-Shield icon on the taskbar and right-click on it. The icon should be located right next to your PC’s clock. If it is not visible, click on the show more icons
- Click Verify Subscription.
- On the UAC window, if prompted, click on Yes to grant permission to allow the app to make changes to your device.
- Please wait while the process completes.
- Review if the correct subscription information is now displayed.

If you have a Mac
- Open your McAfee software such as LiveSafe.
- Click
- Click on Verify at the lower-right corner of the window.

Check the subscription expiry date and email address
- Open your web browser and go to https://home.mcafee.com/
- Click on My Account.

- Type the following details to log in to your account:

- Under the My Account screen, select the computer that is running your McAfee software.
- Take note of the subscription details that show.
- Open your local McAfee software such as LiveSafe or Total Protection.
- Click any one of the options based on your operating system:
