Norton does not scan my computer – How to fix : Sometimes, a failed update can create issues in completing a scan process through the Norton Antivirus program. After an update completes, please restart your system and verify whether this step solves the scanning problems. 7. The scan will start after the computer restarts. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the scan process.
